Before you write

Three things that make the reply faster and more precise.

  • An inaccurate i'rab: send the sentence exactly as you typed it, what the tool returned, and what you believe is correct. We review the report and correct the page, as described in our methodology (Arabic).
  • An account or subscription problem: include the email you signed in with, the platform (iOS, Android or web), and what happened.
  • A mistake on a page: include the page link and where on the page it is.

We read every message and answer it ourselves; replies can take a little while because the team is small. Thank you for your patience.
