This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to Irab Plus purchased on our website at irab.app. Irab Plus is a digital subscription that unlocks premium features across the Irab web app and the mobile apps on the same account.

Payments and refunds for web purchases are handled by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Your order confirmation and billing emails come from Paddle.

If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial Irab Plus purchase. We'll refund the amount to your original payment method, no hard feelings.

The annual plan also includes a 7 day free trial: you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.

You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals: your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Renewal charges are generally not refundable once billed, except where required by applicable law.

How to cancel

Use the manage/cancel link in your Paddle receipt email, or email us at support@irab.app and we'll take care of it.

Email support@irab.app from the address on your account and include your Paddle order or receipt number. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. The time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
